The Five to One Ratio

I heard something great today, something I needed to hear. In order for a marriage to be successful, there must be a ratio of five positive comments to every one negative one. Fierce Grace

Art and I watched a movie last night that never ceases to stop moving us: Ram Dass- Fierce Grace. The documentary details Ram Dass' recovery from a stroke. The movie is really an analogy about and for life. Ram Dass is a fascinating man.
